Cancellation Policy
The IDST hopes everyone who registers for the Conference, Seminar, Conclave or Training will be able to attend. However, IDST knows extenuating circumstances do occur. The IDST Cancellation and Refund Policies are as follows to assure consistency.
Conclave Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Conclave registration canceled on or One month before the conclave start date, 50% of registration fees is refundable.
- Registrants canceling on or before 29 days of the conference start date will not receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual; the invoice for the new registration will be revised to reflect the new registrant's membership status.
- In the event IDST must cancel the conclave due to unforeseen circumstances, IDST will refund the cost of registration.
Unforeseen Circumstances defined for Refund and Cancellation Policies:
The term ‘Unforeseen circumstances’ has been used to describe an event that is unexpected and prevents IDST from continuing with a Conference, Seminar, Conclave or Training. Examples of such circumstances can include, but are not limited to, inclement weather or other natural disasters, site unavailability, technology challenges, and presenter absence.
